Such pleasant Springtime colors, this double Scallop brooch is absolutely delightful. The Scallop set was harvested about 55 years ago in about 60 feet of water, in Admiralty Inlet, Washington. It is a specimen Chlamys Hericos Gould, first named in 1849. It is set with a lovely grouping of 16 graduating Peridot gemstones. Separating the two shells are briolettes of Pink Topaz.
